EGLL is one of the aerodromes this site looks at every minute, and its record holds no landing in the last 2 hours. At an airport this size that means we did not hear it, not that the airfield was quiet.

That record is publicly received ADS-B and nothing else. Replayed against the aeroplanes' own traces it caught nearly every arrival, which was measured at one aerodrome on one day and is not the same as catching all of them. An aeroplane transmitting nothing is never caught, at any cadence.
